The media outreach of Coral Ridge Ministries touches the lives of people across
America and around the world. Founded by the late Dr. D. James Kennedy, Coral
Ridge Ministries brings the life and culture-transforming truths of God’s Word
into homes and hearts by means of television, radio, print, and the Internet.
Our goal is to help hurting people find Christ, know Him, and apply their
newfound faith to the world around them.
Why a New Book and Documentary
on Socialism Now?
We believe that Christ is Lord of all and that Scripture speaks to all of life,
including questions raised in the public arena about the role and limits of
civic government. The Bible speaks clearly to the central principle of
socialism: the abolition or control of private property. That core tenet of
socialist governments everywhere is a flagrant violation of the divine
commandment, “You shall not steal” (Exodus 20:15). And beyond the war on
property waged by socialist rulers of every stripe, the unspeakable atrocity of
100 million people killed under socialist and communist regimes in the twentieth
century demands a vigorous and biblically grounded response now to warn our
nation not to embrace this failed and dangerous idea. It is for these reasons
that Coral Ridge Ministries is releasing two new resources to the American
public, the book Ten Truths About Socialism,
and the documentary, Socialism: A Clear and Present
Danger.
